Komite ayn\u00fd zamanda silahl\u00fd &ccedil;at\u00fd\u00femalara &ccedil;ocuklar\u00fdn al\u00fdnmas\u00fd ve &ccedil;ocuk sat\u00fd\u00fe\u00fd, &ccedil;ocuk fahi\u00feeli\u00f0i ve &ccedil;ocuk pornografisi &uuml;zerine iki Tercihli Protokol&uuml;n uygulanmas\u00fdn\u00fd da izler. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma\"><font size=\"2\">S&ouml;zle\u00femeye &uuml;ye b&uuml;t&uuml;n imzac\u00fd &uuml;lkeler haklar\u00fdn nas\u00fdl uyguland\u00fd\u00f0\u00fdna dair d&uuml;zenli raporlar\u00fdn\u00fd Komiteye sunmakla y&uuml;k&uuml;ml&uuml;d&uuml;rler. Devletler S&ouml;zle\u00femeye taraf olduktan iki y\u00fdl sonra ba\u00felang\u00fd&ccedil; raporunu ve bundan sonrada her be\u00fe y\u00fdlda bir raporlar\u00fdn\u00fd sunmak zorundad\u00fdrlar. Komite her raporu inceler ve ilgili &uuml;ye devlete kayg\u00fdlar\u00fdn\u00fd ve tavsiyelerini &ldquo;nihai izlenimler&rdquo; \u00feeklinde dile getirir.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/span>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma\"><font size=\"2\">Komite, <span>&nbsp;<\/span>iki Se&ccedil;meli Protokol&uuml; imzalam\u00fd\u00fe olan &uuml;lkeler taraf\u00fdndan sunulmas\u00fd zorunlu olan ek raporlar\u00fd da g&ouml;zden ge&ccedil;irir. Bireysel ba\u00fevurular\u00fd almaya yetkili ba\u00feka di\u00f0er komitelere &ccedil;ocuk haklar\u00fdn\u00fdn ihlal edildi\u00f0i gerek&ccedil;esiyle ba\u00fevurabilmesine ra\u00f0men bu Komite bireysel \u00feik&acirc;yetlere bakamaz. <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma\"><font size=\"2\">Komite Cenevre de y\u00fdlda &uuml;&ccedil; defa toplan\u00fdr ve bu toplant\u00fdlar b&uuml;t&uuml;n &uuml;yelerin kat\u00fdld\u00fd\u00f0\u00fd bir toplant\u00fd \u00feeklinde (<em>plenary, &uuml;&ccedil; haftal\u00fdk<\/em>) ve bir haftal\u00fdk oturum-&ouml;ncesi ( <em>pre-sessional<\/em>) &ccedil;al\u00fd\u00fema gurundan olu\u00feur.
